1. Request a return 

You may return any purchase within 14 days of delivery, excluding Custom Products and Pre-orders. 

To request return Click here and enter the order number received by mail.

After completing the return form, follow these simple instructions to return the products:

1. Put in the original box of the order the products you want to return. Make sure that they are complete with their packaging and accessories, that all the tags are intact and that the box is closed.
2. Print the UPS label that you will be providing by mail after the return request.
3. Contact UPS to determine the day and time of the return, you will be asked to deliver the closed box and the return label (visit www.ups.com and click on "Contact Ups" at the bottom left of the screen to get the number to call in your country)

The cost of the return shipment will be entirely at your expense and we can not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage to the parcel.

It is not possible to make product exchanges.

Before requesting the return make sure you have complied with all return conditions.

 2. Return conditions

 Before applying for returns, make sure that the products comply with the following conditions, in compliance with our Terms of sale:

• The products must be intact, with all the tags and seals still attached and including accessories and any special packaging. Incomplete, damaged or worn items may not be accepted;
• The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the order;
• The items to be made must be delivered to the courier within 14 days of the return authorization;
• The return can only be sent from the country where the delivery occurred.

3. Refund times

After receiving your return, we will verify the integrity of the articles before accepting them. This verification may take approximately 3-5 working days after delivery.

The refund will be made as soon as possible after the acceptance of the return, directly on the credit/debit card or on the PayPal account used for the purchase and in the same currency.

The shipping costs of the return will be unaccompanied by the total amount of the credit being paid entirely by the customer. 

You will see the credit on your account approximately within a week of our refund request, depending on the time required by the banking procedures.

ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

Pre-order products are not subject to return.
