Shipping is free for all orders in Italy. Standard delivery usually takes place within 2-4 working days from the time the order leaves our warehouse. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. All orders placed after July 28, 2022 will be processed starting Monday, August 29, 2022.

All products are shipped from Italy, by UPS Courier. We will send you the tracking number provided by The courier via email. You can check the status of the shipment at any time from the page https://www.ups.com

The courier usually delivers between 9.00 and 18.00, Monday to Friday, and requires a signature at the time of delivery. If for three consecutive working days there is no one who can withdraw the order, UPS will leave a warning and a contact number.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Customers are informed that any customs duties and import taxes are to be borne by the customer. The relative amount is to be paid to the courier according to the modalities that will be indicated by the courier itself.
